# freepages.dev

> Free hosting for static websites. A folder of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and images becomes a public website at its own address (https://{name}.freepages.dev/) in seconds. AI agents can publish and manage sites for a user through the MCP server or the HTTP API, signed in with the user's API key.

Each site is a set of static files; index.html is the home page, addresses work without .html, and 404.html is the error page. Limits: 100 MB per site, 500 MB per account. Sites are public; uploading illegal content, phishing or malware is forbidden by the terms.

Only static files are served (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, fonts); there is no server-side code, PHP, Node.js or database. Apps made with a framework or build tool (React, Vue, Svelte/SvelteKit, Angular, Astro, Next.js, Nuxt, Vite, Hugo, Jekyll, …) can be published too: build them first (e.g. npm run build; SvelteKit with adapter-static, Next.js with output: 'export', Nuxt with nuxi generate) and upload only the build output folder (dist/, build/, out/ or .output/public/) with index.html at its root, never the source code or node_modules. Single-page apps should use hash routing or prerendered pages, because unknown paths return 404.html. The service and its pages are in Czech and English; add ?lang=en to any link below for English.
